Is delivery included in the price?

No. Delivery, setup and pickup are a separate fee based on your distance from us and access at your home, such as stairs or an elevator. We tell you the exact fee before you book.

How soon can you deliver?

Often the next day, and sometimes the same day when a chair is ready. We deliver 7 days a week.

Which exact chair will I get?

Every chair in a tier has the same features. We pick the one that best fits the patient's height, weight and room. Model, color, fabric and material may vary from photos.

How are chairs cleaned between rentals?

Every chair is disinfected and sanitized after each rental, then prepared again and checked before it goes to its next home.

Does insurance pay for a rental?

Medicare generally covers only the lift mechanism on a purchased chair, with a doctor's order. Our rentals are private pay, so there's no paperwork or waiting.
